The only time that we will issue a refund or approve a chargeback is for a technical error.
Lunds List goes to great lengths to ensure that every transaction through our platform is vetted through anti-fraud and 3DS methods, and we record all IP addresses for every transaction.
If you feel that a transaction was in error, contact us first to try to rectify it before requesting a chargeback. We will do our best to assist you in resolving it.
